Most of the time it’s best to hear good nutritional advice from the experts who have been living a healthy lifestyle for 20 to 30 years.  Podcasts that are mainly about nutrition have been extremely helpful for me, and I’ve learned so much interesting and new information from people who have been working in the field of nutrition for a very long time.
